🔄 Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SillyDino™. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In the original packaging where possible

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
• Sale items marked as final sale

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent, defective product).

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at support@getsillydino.com with your order number and the details of the exchange you'd like.

📦 Wrong Item or Defective Product

If you received the wrong item or your SillyDino™ arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
