🇦🇺 All SillyDino™ orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 1–2 business days via Australia Post with full tracking.
⏱️ Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post with end-to-end tracking.

📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
If you haven't received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@getsillydino.com.
📬 Delivery Issues
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or anyone else at the delivery address
- Check your local post office for a collection card
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
📝 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. SillyDino™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at support@getsillydino.com. We can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
